Can you supply/service every State in Australia?

Yes, we can.

J & J Products can supply both metropolitan and country areas throughout Australia via road or air (dependent on weight and size).  We have a long standing and good rapport with our freight service company.

Can you offer competitive pricing and service?

Yes, we can.

Manufacturing in-house reduces overhead costs. We look for return business, so our company policy focuses heavily on keeping our customers happy. There are shorter time frames as we are not waiting for a product to come from overseas, resulting in lower prices and prompt service.

Australian made for an Australian market.

Can you supply Chrome Plated parts which would be acceptable to Car and Bike restorers?

Absolutely!  We especially love old cars and look forward to a challenge!  Ask the question, show us your part and we will certainly see what we can do.

Do you manufacture to Australian Standards?

Yes, we do.

An annual audit by an independent body maintains our compliance to meet Australian standards.  Internal checks are maintained and monitored throughout the manufacturing process to ensure this happens.

Do you manufacture “Special” or “one-off” product?

Yes, we do.

A diagram or a drawing of what is required is all we need to decide if the product or project can be undertaken.

What if there is a problem with your product or with the Chrome Plating?

Very important – we need to be contacted immediately and we will attempt to rectify any issues or areas of concern that you have with regard to our product or workmanship.  We believe in providing a quality product and only want happy and satisfied customers.
